Did not see this coming. And with my opinion of unnecessary CRs being well... unnecessary, I am giving you my opinion.
On the other hand, if history of AZY is to go by, when the board did one CR after another, to in essence "look after the big boys on the register", their SP rebounded from the low of the raise (which was 20c) to over triple that just of late. I huffed and puffed and sold 95% of my position at around 30c, and look where it got me. No body cares about me, or my piddly opinions.
Hopefully this CR is just a storm in a teacup.
