I'm certainly no expert and agree with @lowkey, if you arrive late, you should pay up.
Be that as it may, I think the raise allows the company room to move forward and get a 5 year mining plan, without dilutive sharing arrangements and perhaps be in a position to toll treat others ore.
It will really test the board's planning ability and organisational skills .
I hope they are up to it.
I'm not a holder in BTR, but think they are showing the right approach.
