This seems like the true reason why our SP struggled, insiders and all connected people would have been waiting for it and prepared the SP for their gains
Lessons in my opinion
1) No management is SH focussed although they may be always speaking and or trying to show they are.
2) SH must be reviewing the actions and be strong on declining pay rises, bonuses etc. We need to understand who our true friends are as SH
3) The convertible loans and this CR should dilute us combinedly up to say 50%, we may still do well if BS start producing etc
Hope everyone contributes and question management and hold them responsible for these dilutions. JIMHO
