Whatever the explanation if the company is thinking of further M&A it's not going to let the cat out of the bag. Won't be known until it happens.
With gold over $5000 raising at such a low price warrants some consideration. With tolling in place why not wait until news of funds flowing into the company and then raise with a higher SP if the intention is to bring the Mill into production earlier.
We can only hope management has thought this through properly.
