    This is pure cheating from management.

    They had opportunity to raise after the price went up to 7.5c, or later when they were in mid six.

    This appears to be planned sabotage announcing a raise after the SP was brought down the lowest they could and offering at the lowest price.

    Hope this doesn't go down as another POS story
