Appreciate that JS. We have nearly 8 figure holding already so whether I participate or not it doesn’t do much to the portfolio. It’s more about supporting the company. But if i’d be scaled back, I won’t participate.
They also increased the raise already to $17m ex-spp, $3m above their $14m placement. by not participating at this point I’d probably be helping to reduce the potential extent of dilution at this point.
After all, another $3m won’t make much of a difference if wa8 hits the motherlode amd the SP rises. We can still support the company by converting options early if this baby rises at least above 25c
