Just who has control of GMN right now ?
IMO the idea that the delinquent executive have control is not a reality.
If it were then GMN would be off pondering puddles again. But no,
not this time.
I understand that half of the BOD are now JM's (highly skilled) nominees.
IMO JM is here because of the GMN value proposition; today that value
appears to be miniscule because it has been deliberately driven there.
DE will eventually come to see that he has been playing a fool's game,
in full public view.
I would be surprised if JM walked away. There are millions of reasons to
persist.
