Hilarious ! So two major shareholders promising to make up for 50% of the shortfall seem to have been asking questions ('incomplete confidential negotiations') as to what do they get in return for contributing even more funding ?
Imo, they haven't got the answers they were looking for and decided to hold back on throwing more good money into GMN's bank account without having solid updates on the company's prospects and success of exploration efforts that have already been reported on multiple occasions.
GMN wanted to raise around $3M - I don't think they've even got 10% of that so far ? Has anyone got a more accurate figure ?
