Just who has control of GMN right now ?
IMO the idea that the delinquent executive have control is not a reality.
If it were then GMN would be off pondering puddles again. But no,
not this time.I understand that half of the BOD are now JM's (highly skilled) nominees.
IMO JM is here because of the GMN value proposition; today that value
appears to be miniscule because it has been deliberately driven there.
DE will eventually come to see that he has been playing a fool's game,
in full public view.I would be surprised if JM walked away. There are millions of reasons to
