What is the incentive to participate. They've put up a recycled powerpoint presentation. The only evidence on recent performance is a simple Sales vs waitlist comparison that shows a very low conversion rate. A share price thats been decimated. Not to mention the previous cap raise was supposed to be the last one (based on modelling too i might add).
No announced partnerships, and with USA/Trump that looks unlikely to change. Not to mention our innovative product uses a cuff, which when i showed to a group of gps all said it looks like all the other cuff monitors/bp monitors out there - so not convinced that is getting across to the consumer (whoever that is). I've now played with the arty app on the watch from a while back, while cool, didnt lead me to making meaningful change in my life or compel me to keep using it.
Also not clear what the money from the raise is for or how long its supposed to last. Yes, i see sales, marketing, production. But what specifically??? How is our inventory? What will marketing do with the money? Plus what the hell did they do with the funds from the last raise?
