I hate to be a wet blanket, and I still love this company and it's direction, ... but I'm underwhelmed and disappointed.
No mention of 80% or 90% cutbacks, so that sounds like B***S***. You think they would miss that opportunity to call that sort of interest out? Also really disappointed with the free options. Only my opinion but didn't seem necessary. More dilution in favor of 'significant' players, at expense of existing holders.
I also feel there could have been more description towards use of funds.
Still a necessary raise. Will still be keeping every penny I have already invested in the company, just disappointed.
