I don't know one shareholder who doesn't want this deal to proceed, so it is just ticking the boxes.
The share price is not going to move until FIRB comes through, and unless a major announcement like this comes the share price is likely to collapse again given the time taken to close a deal. There are no buyers and sellers are tired of waiting in an illiquid stock. There is plenty of other opportunities out there. The longer it takes, more of the cash goes to pay back loans the company is incurring and the likely hood of a cap raise.
