Their talk was all positive but the delivery has been extremely disappointing. I can only guess the financier has said, ‘well if you are looking at a US$ 2.2m loss, you need more shareholder equity at risk.’
They are asking us to stomp up more cash without any update on the outstanding, (assume written off) and knowing the terms of the finance facility, the cost of which is going to weigh on future profitability. It seems someone has lacked adequate oversight / mismanaged the US end of the operation so here we are again being asked to ‘trust us, we are the management’. Readers may gather that I am pretty ‘pixxed off’.
