Depends on who the CR is directed at.
If this is directed to those close to the company, as we have seen before when they tried to issue performance shares (and not that we will know unless you see directors have taken up any of the placement) then most of the time you will see good results.
Be surprised if the former MD didnt take up a large parcel. In terms of his exposure and previous share ownership of companies - I feel he is very underdone with this parcel.
