Not a year of $ as launching in new places is expensive and costs are upfront unless partner of distributor pays and if they do pay then you for a longer period do not get the margin back as cashflow . Lets be 100% honest I would always preferred to see a long term cornerstone investor rather than a bunch of unknown traders. The days of issues being held and punters of issues becoming investors has gone and it is a game of tip em out into liquidity event or news and free carry some if you see potential. Yep company gets $ but ............................... what is important is how they leverage those $ and increase market cap to make up for dilution.
If the business was booming and they had market share , brand positioning position and turnover in existing markets they wouldn't be bleeding as much as they are. That just happens, takes time, when trying to launch and develop a brand and get a product into a sector with good distributors where there is already a whole heap of " players" with various pretty useless products ( some with known brands) who only claims are based on saline flushes nose and some old study says that reduces symptoms etc.
These guys need cash now to get launch in other countries sorted remembering much of the business is seasonal unless they can actually find their clients in travel related industries and target them as that is a 52 week a year business due to spreads of cold virus flu etc .
They need wide distribution and brand recognition for when the next flu virus cold event happens in various countries so they are on they ready to promote a product to organisations or consumer. Targeting areas of high spread and density or infection is not easy but need to lay groundwork so when a event happens your product is available and the one of choice.
All speculation on pricing and options until the market decides on a price and every punter or investor has a different time frame and idea.
