This cap raise, if the details provided above are correct, will fail there is no doubt.
Without any compelling reasons to buy the company shares of late why would anyone in their right mind pay such an exorbitant premium?
If the shares were under huge demand then maybe a premium might be justified, but all we have seen over the past 3 months is to see the shares drop from 10 to the current 6.7, a drop of 33%.
Makes zero sense.
