Going to be interesting if it is in regards to a partner and how funds can be used to speed expansion . As always dream placement is at a real price not discounted market price for the business and the initial pain of issue is lesser than the positives it brings short term. Since any issue will be unlikely to represent true potential business value it would be great to see restrictions on shares issued and to a strong long term partner .
As with all small business growing the promotion costs, management , listing , multi country , insurance and lawyers and lack of scale absorb margins and cash early on so quicker business gets to scale the sooner rewards are available to shareholders and market can see those results in accounts and hopefully value the potential of the company
