I am annoyed that management is raising money again under such poor conditions... there was plenty of time to arrange a good deal with a large, significant investor. Furthermore, in my opinion, management does not have the expertise to run a gold mine on its own. I think management urgently needs this money now to keep the lights on and is hoping for a takeover. If people like Ross Beaty or Frank Guistra were involved here, a good deal would have been reached a long time ago
