Best to wait and see what the announcement will read . If they are raising $10 m plus what well borrowing ,that should get as mining ,,But how much are the giving the shares for ,There was a big sell off ,last few weeks ,and i think questions should be asked . What or who ever has picked up the shares ,i am sure the got a good deal ,and will make lots of money + I just hope they dont flood the market with cheap shares .So much for the lies they were telling as ,close to a deal
