It's taken 4 months to get a bog standard capital raise at a big discount with no cornerstone investor.
Raise at 2.2c which is really 2c so investors not even holding get a great deal while patient shareholders don't get anything. Great deal for them - sell the shares at a profit and keep the options if they want for longer term potential. Directors didn't miss out though getting another chance to fill their boots.
The scary part of this announcement is that it doesn't mention the bulk finance whatsoever that was secured nearly 4 months ago. It also didn't mention that WWI is now fully funded to get to steady state mining. I mean do we need to raise more capital? Where is the bulk finance?
