The stock has traded under 2c for 95% of the year...and less than 2.2c for obviously even longer ie theyve raised at the best price they probably could have in the last 12 months
You even complaining directors bought in....
Companies need money and investors arent going to give it to them without something in return otherwise theyd just buy on market
