Many of us were screaming to raise at the time. There are plenty of historical posts to prove it. 100m shares we would have had $1b and the plant would be built. The offtakes would have come 'field of dreams' style. Lynas did it in Malaysia so there was no reason as to why we could not. The difficulty with the raise at the time was Hyundai engineering had identified issues around the flowsheet and the ability to separate the rare earths from the polymetallic ore. at the time management were too worried to press the go button. We all saw what happened to the share price thereafter. We have yet to recover, and despite what funny people on here say, the price decline had nothing to do with the macro.
