CR was a certainty - as I said once I saw the refinancing deal where ASM had to cough up $3m to secure the second deal.
What drove the SP higher could be related to ASM being close to signing a deal rather than to the CR. Or unless there is someone with deep pockets and influence taking a stake in ASM during this CR. Potential customer making an investment??
Interesting to see how this plays out.
