They definately pulled from the loan since they only had 71k at end of last qtr. How much they pulled i dont know.

Only 3 reasons to do a capital raise.

One is they running out of cash,
2nd is to pay of loans or convertable notes and
3rd is to allow their mates to invest right before a major announcement.

My bet is on the 2nd reason.

I know in the past they raised funds to pay off convetable notes that the investors didnt want to convert and requested their funds back. I cant see any of the current investors converting at 0.002 when they can get it at 0.001 at market.
