Explains the capping. Someone involved in the raise wanted the average weighted trading price to be low, to justify a low raise price.
Hopefully the reason for the raise will be positive.
If it is just to put cash in the bank for now, those inside and close to them get in cheap and we get good news later, I won't be happy!
