Look, it's a long shot, but when I read silver and zinc, a European co listed in Australia the juices started to run. The fact they have announced it on the ASX suggests strongly that the corporation action is to do with an Australian listed company. In your database, is there another silver explorer that has had a trading halt today. Anyway, it's too late now, so we just have to wait and see.
