Wouldnt say they were fluff announcements. Updates on what they are doing. We would all be crying if we didnt have them. Maybe they have lined up the raise and minimal dilution (one hopses). Be good if its with someone/entity that isnt going to dump on market. Also intersting what changes they have made at board level. Some one in? Someone out? Both?
