    Firebrick Pharma Limited (‘FRE’) is seeking to raise A$1.6M via a placement at A$0.063 per share.
    The offer also includes a 1:2 free attaching unlisted option, exercisable at $0.095 each, with an expiry 3 years from the date of issue.

    This proposed issue price represents:
    15% discount to the 15-VWAP of $0.074
    10% discount to the last closing price of $0.07 on 23/06/2025
