It seems like a reasonable assumption that the credit raise will be the companies equity contribution to fund the development of the new power station. Perhaps they have decided to name the Moronbah power project the Isaac Power Station? Not all cap raises are bad, if the equity is being put to productive use or expansion that enhances the existing shareholders equity it won't be bad. If it's to pay an unproductive companies overheads then it's bad. I'd say the company overheads are funded off the back of the recent funding announcement and my guess this is to get the new power generation project off the ground. The announcement should lay it all out in one go. fingers crossed!
