Better they cap raise around recent ATH from a position of strength and to minimise dilution to existing holders. The alternative is to wait till they run out of money and then have to go cap in hand to some dodgy mob to run the CR on unfavourable terms when they're desperate and don't have options. better to get finance through an insto than a payday lender.
