I have always believed a Capital Raising is appropriate on the back of recent sp really, the company need funding their potential US trial.
Having said that, I truly hope they are not doing Paul Hooper style games in IMU and CHM, announcing positive data followed immediately by Capital Raising.
The company really should do an entitlement offer rather than the placement and SPP
