Not sure it's a bad sign, third CR in 12 months, I bet it's probably the same invester Barbet getting cheap shares, they own 20% of the company as it lays. They have been able to take up CR opportunities while there has been very little news flow so it could be an opportunistic attempt to increase their holding prior to any increase in growth?
It's obviously already done & will be interesting to see what the raise price is, they have been heavily discounted prior so I'd expect the same.
