the fund managers will be getting their cash on the 30th if the anncmts are anything to go by. Also the large instos have agreed to have their shares escrowed for 6 months as well.
Share price has gone up because the company has effectively agreed with its notehoders to wipe out most of a $45M liability that was basically stopping the company from putting a deal together. Now that blockage has been removed, and EPA (we are assuming) comes through later today, well then it is game on again.
