Don’t believe everything you hear about BSL’s share price dropping to or below the $1.55 mark.

I owned WES shares during their Cap raising and most of the talk on forums was the price going to drop below the Entailment offer Price. People were riding the stock of the table. But guess what it never did. Yes BSL is in a different financial situation, but most people especially buyers who are not entitled to this offer want to create panic and want the price to slump so they can buy some low-priced stock.
Many share holders will take this offer up, buy what you’re entitled to, and sell your ordinary shares. Profit on the difference. Most people go in this direction.

Thats my opinion, but We are just going to have to wait to Thursday and see how the cookie crumbles.
