    My guess,

    1 for 1 at 2.6 cents with 1 free option for every 2 shares purchased. With an exercise price of 3 cents.

    Very aggressive as they are pushing to develop the 2 projects.

    So they will be looking to raise 20 mill.

    Underwritten by someone in china.
