I see the operator of this stock is leaving it alone until the capital raising completes. no props and no dumps, with just the occasional small buy to keep the SP near 13c so they can complete the SPP.
After it is complete it is anyone guess as to what they will do. But one thing is certain, as always the buying or selling will occur prior to the good or bad news.
Retail investors don't stand a chance in a stock like this; which is apparently operated by a party with an intimate knowledge of imminent events.
