    Well, I was under the impression they were working on financing, but it looks like they were working on a dilution! Bend over.

    What a disaster this stock has been for me. To think I bought shares at 51c.

    Why a cap raising when the SP is only 13c when they have over 7m in the bank and have ceased operations?.
