Yes, news of JV will have the biggest impact, however to say that an upgrade means nothing, i feel, is not quite right.
If they announce a massive upgrade, which one might expect following a trading holt, then it is going to turn an already large and attractive project into a something a lot bigger and better. This will then provide Sundance with more bargaining power, and allow them to source a better deal, and give potential strategic partners more reason to join.
Although we would all love to hear news in regards to financing, this is potentially better news at this point in time, as it will mean that when news about financing does come, it will be all the more sweeter.
