Apart from Funding, the Cameroon Government is probably the main factor that could hold SDL back, so any information you can provide would be much appreciated.
You said that the Cameroon Government is the most corrupt in the world, however I would have thought that Zimbawee and Somalia would have been two of the worst, and Cameroon has probably been dragged down to their level in the perception of some.
