I think if you had said one of the most,I would have agreed,but not the most corrupt.

I think from my view point Cameroon Government are now trying to behave better as they know the world is watching them with the news of all the resources in Cameroon.

If the Government want to stay in power they have to make the country prosperous,stable and less corrupt.

If they are to attract more world leading companies to Cameroon they have to show it is a country and Government that can be dealt with in an honest and cooperative way.

The World Bank and other lending groups will be keeping an eye on the way they deal with the opportunities they have before them.
