Now we know why WEC hasn’t moved from the low like the rest of the market…I for one have no issue on a cap raising - obviously WEC will need substantial money to carry its initial projects to completion - hopefully the raising will see some significant names on board to give WEC that extra sparkle in a seemingly distraught sector.

On a positive note (for those that are interested in accumulating) this capital raising will probably hold the sp back for sometime - all good if you have a longer term horizon to the investment game!
