imho, they have adopted a capex model that walks and runs as long as it had 3 lettered mining conglomerate backing.
If the big name backers were just that,,,,why are wec now having to crawl on a number of levels ?
Why announce a cap raising requirement on the back of so much recent goal kicking finger licking good company news ?
This sector should be warming up.
