    Proceeds from the Equity Offer will be used to repay the Company�fs US$80 million
    subordinated debt facility with Goldman Sachs JBWere and provide working capital.
    The Cornerstone Investment will be used to strengthen the balance sheet through a
    pay down of part or all of the project debt for the Phu Kham Copper�]Gold Operation,
    providing PanAust with substantial flexibility to progress its pipeline of growth
    projects.

    Well that will settle the deal with Goldman Sachs JBWere, under better terms. Well I think anyway.
