Hopefully we'll be as big as BHP soon too,
I see this as positive overall, though it may cause a short term dip to factor in dilution.
I see this as certainty & freedom for the company to expand at a much greater rate than it otherwise would have with the debt burden & as someone pointed out earlier, possibly access to the crap loads of gold in china.
