    To relay concerns about the sp dropping to 28 cents, I'm not so sure. As GRAM are going to take up their offer at 39.5 cents, and the rest, retail, sophisticated and institutions, will be be given the discount at 28, unless the instos dump straight away, would be only reason it would hit 28.
