Correct me if I am wrong.
they have already issued a heap of capital this FY. I am not sure of the exact cutoff but I assume that they will have to get shareholder approval to issue more capital (to instos etc) unless they offer it to all existing shareholders.
I would be reluctant to put any more of my hard earns into a company at ~30c when I participated only a few months ago in a SPP for 6c _unless_ there were some good results.
they could be getting a JV partner, which could be considered a "fundraising" activity???
I guess we are all just guessing now. Time will tell.
