I'm guessing NMS has won a significant contract, possibly as a sub-contracting specialist to an international major, for some of the very large works contemplated off the WA coast.

No info here, just pure speculation.

I'd like the market police to tract down those who bought the large quantities in the late afternoon frenzy yesterday. If they didn't know something that wasnot common knowledge in the market, I'll go "hee".
