    There is no guarantee that it's not a cap. raising, but just going on the information so far, it doesn't sound like it.

    Stoz, I'm no expert on law, but given they are in a trading halt, I would be surprised if he wasn't allowed to tell me if he knew.

    There is no law against being privy to inside information. There is just a law against acting on it.
