From my experience I don't like 'Trading Halts'(Speeding...

From my experience I don't like 'Trading Halts'(Speeding tickets) because in the past for me when ever I've bought Shares on the 'Green',I've lost money whenever a Trading Halt has been applied and I think Trading Halts also give the some smart Stockbrokers too much Time in general to possibly borrow Shares where ever possible to Short Sell.
Some Examples over the Years for me have been TLS,BTV,THR,etc..
For all of You, I hope I'm wrong because the market in general needs confidence restored in it after every thing that has happened recently like Opes Prime etc..
