they mentioned that it was following the recent investor presentation, if they are prepared to put up the cash for a very small discount (perferably no discount!) then why shouldnt Atlas take it with both hands, more cash the better! Ultimately as several other posters eluded to it will be about getting as much going as possible without having to wait for cash flows from Pardoo\Ridley JV to come in! It will ultimately bring more certainty to a company that already has a very good looking portfolio and a low risk in my opinion
